My Design Process
with a data-aware mindset.

01. Learn.

Research and gain empathy:

  • Project Goals / Objectives

  • Problem Clarification

  • Target Audience / Needs

  • Market / Competitors / Precedents

  • Functional Specifications

  • Content Requirements

02. Think.

Come up with a solution-based design approach to support clients to solve their challenges (ideally co-design!) and achieve business needs.

To make it happen, I have enough time to brainstorm. I focus on humans first, understand people’s needs and ideate effective solutions to meet those needs.

03. Create.

Use UX and visual strategies to create a better design for everyone.

Ultimately, digital products have to be aesthetically appealing, functional, easy to use, and memorable. To ensure that I value the usability testing with users and open conversation with clients.

04. Iterate, Iterate, Iterate, Iterate, Iterate, Iterate…

Iterate like crazy.

The first idea is never the best and no one size fits all solution. I value using iteration (continuous improvement) based on the data from users’ feedback to quickly optimize and narrow in on the problem that has to be solved.
